Omnistar Live is free software that comes with all accounts
and can be installed from the control panel. The customer
support manager is a dynamic application that contains a help
desk ticket system, contact manager, knowledge base and live
online chat. All hosting clients may use this application
for free for up to 200 user page views. If a business grows
they may upgrade to unlimited page views for a nominal fee.
